You’ll reflect on key areas of your life and career, identify priorities, and create achievable goals using practical tools you can revisit all year. To make the most of your session you will need the worksheet below, click to download it then simply print it or draw it out on a sheet of paper. You will also need a pen.

6. Camera On, Mic Off - Keep your camera on to stay engaged. Mute your mic when you’re not speaking to reduce background noise.
